Diamond Fizz Ingredients:
- 1¼ oz. Burnett's Gin
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Champagne or sparkling wine
Procedure:
Combine all except Champagne with cracked ice in a cocktail
shaker. Shake well and strain over ice cubes into chilled
highball glass and fill with Champagne. Stir gently.
