Burnett’s Gin Sidecar

Ingredients:
  • ¾ oz. Burnett's Gin
  • ½ oz. triple sec
  • 1 oz. lemon juice

Procedure:
Combine ingredients with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into chilled old-fashioned glass.

    





Diamond Fizz

Ingredients:
  • 1¼ oz. Burnett's Gin
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Champagne or sparkling wine

Procedure:
Combine all except Champagne with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain over ice cubes into chilled highball glass and fill with Champagne. Stir gently.

    








Summer Paradise

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Burnett's Gin
  • ½ oz. dry vermouth
  • ½ oz. sweet vermouth
  • 2 tsp. fresh orange juice
  • 2 dashes grenadine

Procedure:
Drizzle grenadine in bottom of chilled cocktail glass. Combine other ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into glass.

    






Gin Blush

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ oz. Burnett's Gin
  • 4 oz. cranberry juice
  • Slash of soda

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a tall glass.
